Biografie[]
Gregory Andrew Germann wurde am 26. Februar 1958 in Houston, Texas, geboren. Die Familie zog auf den Lookout Mountain außerhalb von Golden, Colorado. Seine Mutter, Marlene Marian (geb. Faulkner), war Hausfrau und sein Vater, Edward A. Germann, war Dramatiker und Professor. Während er in Colorado lebte, zeigte Germann Interesse an der Schauspielerei. Während seiner Mittel- und Oberschulzeit spielte er in Theaterstücken mit, bevor er 1982 nach New York zog.
1994 heiratete er die Schauspielerin Christina Mourad und sie haben einen Sohn namens Asa Germann (geboren im Dezember 1997), aber sie ließen sich später scheiden.
Am 29. Juni 2013 heiratete er Martha Champling ist der Stiefvater von Marthas drei Kindern.
