Alexis Stevens is the daughter of Alex Karev and Izzie Stevens.
History
Alexis and her brother, Eli, were conceived years before their birth while their mother was undergoing treatment for cancer. They were frozen as embryos until years later when their mother decided to use them to get pregnant. It was successful and she gave birth to twins, whom she named Eli and Alexis. Five years later, while he was calling to get a letter on Meredith's behalf from her, Alex learned about them. After the hearing, he went to Kansas to meet them. After meeting them, he decided to stay and be a family with them and Izzie.
