History[]
Alice was at the park with her charges, Sabrina, Roe, and Winston when Winston accidentally kicked her in the mouth while she was helping him off the monkey bars. She took the kids with her to get treated at the Dean Miller Memorial Clinic. While she was being examined, Maya noticed she had what looked like a sunburn on her chest and she said she and her boyfriend had just returned from backpacking in Southeast Asia. She then developed a fever and began vomiting. Concerned that she could be contagious, Maya and Carina put on gowns and masks and locked down the clinic, then moved Alice into the conference room, isolating her from everyone else. Andy called the CDC and they reported her symptoms in an attempt to diagnose her. After seeing her spreading rash, Ross suspected Dengue Fever and had Maya press her palm into the rash on Alice's back, which left a white imprint, confirming her suspicions. The lockdown was called off and Alice was taken to the hospital to be treated. Sullivan told her they'd contacted the kids' parents to come get them.
