Arlene Travis is Adele Webber's sister.
History[]
Arlene came into the ER with her daughter when Camille wasn't breathing. She was panicked and upset.
When they found out that Camille's cancer had spread to her chest, lungs, and throat, Camille decided that she wanted to die. However, Adele and Arlene asked Richard to convince her to have some more treatment. He developed a plan and went in to talk to her, but decided against it, realizing that it wouldn't do anything good and it would just torture her.

Her daughter, Camille, was diagnosed with cancer when she was 14. When the cancer came back when Camille was 18, Arlene was devastated.
She gets along well with her sister, but is said to hate her sister's husband, Richard.
