Captain Wilson is a fire captain and representative of the fire union for the Seattle Fire Department.
History[]
Meeting Travis[]
When Travis Montgomery was running for mayor, he scheduled a meeting with Captain Wilson and other representatives of the fire union in the hopes of getting their endorsement. After he missed their first meeting due to being out on a call, they agreed to give him another chance. At this meeting, Wilson asked why they should endorse Travis and he said he wasn't a politician, that he was a firefighter just like them. He promised to do his best to be there for the union, but said he might have to save someone's life first. ("We Build Then We Break")
Ross's Confession[]
Wilson was in a union meeting when Chief Ross came in. She told them that Michael Dixon was preparing to unleash a scandal. Wilson told her she'd started it with the press conference she gave throwing him under the bus and Captain Farris asked her what kind of scandal. She told them that Dixon was going to say she was in a relationship with a subordinate firefighter, Robert Sullivan, something she freely admitted to being true. She told them they didn't begin dating until after she'd promoted him. She also said she knew she was violating policy, but she'd seen the union look the other way as multiple firefighters who'd made fatal errors went without consequences and a serial harasser retire with full pension rather than facing discipline. She was horrified that they'd do Dixon's bidding by focusing on who she was sleeping with. She asked the union to have her back instead of Dixon's and then left. ("What Are You Willing to Lose")
