Charles is a driver who hit Mac and Lacy's car in a parking garage.
History[]
Charles was driving in a parking garage when he heard on the radio that there was a fire at the Space Needle. This distracted him and led to him hitting a car containing Mac and Lacy. He got out and immediately apologized for hitting them. Carina DeLuca, was in the parking garage for an appointment, had Charles watch her son so she could tend to Mac and Lacy, who had been injured. Charles tried to object that he didn't know anything about babies, but relented when she asked if he knew anything about compound humerus fractures. He went to her car and asked Liam through the window if he liked the Mariners. Later, he brought Carina Liam's diaper bag so she could use his diapers to cover Mac's wound. After Mac and Lacy were loaded into the ambulance, Charles left, saying he'd go to urgent care if he needed to be seen.
