Charlotte Best is a member of the best family.

Charlotte was playing softball at a family reunion when she threw a softball and broke Bo Best's nose. This caused some chaos and a few others were injured in the aftermath, including Allie and her husband, Billy. They all went to the ER, where the uninjured were sent to the waiting room while the injured were treated. After everyone had been treated, the debate over who would be the game's MVP continued in the waiting room. When Jules Millin interrupted their fight to tell them they should be celebrating having family they liked to spend time with, they decided to make her the MVP.
