Cody was working at a car wash when he came back from a break to find a car trapped inside. When the firefighters arrived, he was unable to tell them anything about how the car wash operated and if there was a backup power source. Finally, he was able to bring them a binder that had the information they were looking for. He was still unable to confirm whether or not there was backup power.
