History[]
Bailey's OCD[]
After Ben pointed out to Derek that Bailey was showing OCD-like behavior, Dr. Alma was assigned to Bailey's case. After having been followed by Alma for two days, Bailey asked her what she needed to do to get cleared to operate again. She had to place five sutures, which Bailey thought would be easy. However, Alma first made a mess of the surgical instruments on the trays on Bailey's left side, and told her to only use the instruments on the immediate right. When Bailey struggled, Dr. Alma urged her to consider taking the medication that had been prescribed to her. Bailey was insistent that she wouldn't take the pills, but after struggling for the entire day, she decided to take them.
