When Troy Hagen came into the hospital after collapsing at Oceanside Wellness Group, Dr. Campbell ran scans and diagnosed coronary artery disease, for which she planned bypass surgery. However, she missed a pseudoaneurysm on the scans that could have killed Troy if Sam had not pointed it out.
