Due to a shortage of doctors able to work the holiday, Dr. Kent came over from Mercy West to cover. Shortly after he arrived, he told Bailey that he only wanted to work with "The Nazi," whom he believed to be a male doctor. Because of his error, Bailey spent the whole day having him do menial tasks, talking about "The Nazi" as if it were a separate person. At the end of the day, he overheard Richard Webber calling Bailey "The Nazi" and realized his mistake to his horror.
