Eddie Oliver is a patient who walked on the edge of the roof during a mental health crisis.
History[]
Eddie was at a white coat party when a deck collapsed, injuring several of the medical students. Eddie was taken to the ER, where they told him his left shoulder was dislocated. They reduced it in the ER and then ordered an MRI. While they waited for the results, Eddie, feeling like a failure, went up to the roof of the hospital and climbed onto the edge, where Simone Griffith and Benson Kwan found him. They talked to him, trying to get him down, while Benson also subtly notified Bailey of the situation. After some time, Benson finally shared his own experience with feeling like a failure and was able to get Eddie to climb down. They then took him inside, where he got a psych consult.
