Eleanor is the judge who mediated between Wendy Wilson and Carina DeLuca.
History[]
Eleanor was assigned to judge between Steve, representing Wendy Wilson, and Shannon Reed, representing Carina DeLuca. She listened as Wendy and Carina both testified to the events surrounding Wendy's daughter's birth. Wendy testified about her daughter not breathing right away and later being diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Carina then testified to how she made her decisions on that day and said if giving the chance, she wouldn't change anything about what she'd done. After a break, Carina asked if she could leave as she'd finished testifying and felt her time could be better used at work helping people. Eleanor said respondents usually stayed until the end, but if counsel didn't object she could leave. Ms. Reed didn't object, so Carina gave Wendy her number, promising to put her in touch with people who could give her actual help, and left.
