Firefighter Carroll is a Firefighter Captain who responded when Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital had a fire.
History[]
Carroll responded to the fire at the hospital. She explained how her team was working to contain the fire and Bailey said she would be directing hospital staff to the most urgent areas.
Later, when Ben learned that he'd seen the rapist with Stephanie, he offered to show them where that happened. Carroll said it was too dangerous, but Officer O'Neil thought it was a good idea. While they debated, Ben took a coat and walked into the building. O'Neil and his crew followed.

She is a firefighter with Seattle Fire Department. She was the Captain of Station 23.

- It's unknown where she works now or what she does, but it's known she's no longer caption of Station 23 as Pat Aquino currently holds that title.
