Greg advised Callie to settle rather than going to trial, but she decided to go to trial as she was not willing to admit that she had been negligent.
He advised her to let the jury see her face; wear a dark, not bright, suit with a skirt, not pants; minimal jewelry; heels; and panty hose (which he said are professional, but feminine). He also asked her if she still had her wedding ring. When she said that she did, he told her to wear it, because jurors respond better to married women with families. He also advised her to drink the water in front of her sparingly.
