Gretchen came into the ER with Ollie when she was having upper GI bleeding. Gretchen had been sober for six months.
When Ollie saw Richard in the hall outside her room where they were holding an AA meeting, she had Gretchen go get him, saying not to protect his anonymity over his sobriety.
