When her co-worker, Melissa, was carjacked and had to be taken to the hospital, Jacki, along with two other co-workers, Keith and Caroline, accompanied her to the hospital. When asked by the doctors for information, they had to admit that they don't know Melissa well. Despite this, they waited for her at the hospital and came to her room to see her after she had surgery.
