Jeonghee "Jinny" Lee is the sister of Natasha Ross.

Childhood[]
She grew up mostly in Korea, spending the summers in the US with her mother and her half-sister, Natasha.
Natasha's Engagement Party[]
Jinny received her invitation to Natasha's engagement party, so she flew from Korea to talk to her sister about it. Natasha was surprised to see her as they hadn't spoken much since Natasha told Jinny she and Sullivan were back together. Jinny admitted she was in Seattle to stop Natasha from marrying him. She accompanied Natasha around town and reminded her of how Sullivan breaking up with her the first time had affected her. She was convinced it would happen again. Her resolve was strengthened when she learned Sullivan had another ex-wife after Claire. This caused tension between the pair.
Back at Natasha's office, the pair fought more about Sullivan and Natasha assured her that things were different from before with Sullivan. Jinny said it appeared that Natasha didn't need her anymore, so she was going to get an earlier flight home so as not to ruin the party.
Despite this declaration, Jinny came to the party. She admitted to Natasha that she and Minjun were getting divorced and she was jealous of Natasha for what she had. She said she was so proud of what Natasha was doing. She was impressed when she learned that Sullivan was learning Korean and had had the chef prepare bindaetteok for the party. The pair made up and shared a hug. Later, Jinny and Sullivan also made up and shared a hug.
Jinny then led a hapgeunrye for Sullivan and Natasha. She said it would traditionally be done with wine at the wedding, but she was doing it at the engagement party because she didn't know when she'd be back in the United States. ("Ushers of the New World")

Jinny returned to Seattle for Ross and Sullivan's wedding. At some point either before or after the wedding, she began seeing Sean Beckett. ("One Last Time")
