Jerry Bletzer is a man who was injured when a car hit him in a crosswalk.
Jerry was crossing the street at a crosswalk when he was hit by a car. He had an open fracture to his femur, so he was taken to the OR for external fixation. During his surgery, he threw a fat embolus and ended up on a ventilator after his surgery.
