Jim is the father of Noah.
History[]
Jim came to the hospital when his son, Noah, collapsed at the zoo. He and his wife were both upset because of what happened, each of them trying to find out who was to blame. Arizona Robbins assured them that it wasn't helping. Noah ended up having surgery after a cyst on his liver was found to have ruptured. The surgery was successful and his parents were told he'd be okay afterward. There was a chance he could develop more cysts, but they were prepared and knew what to look for.
