Jo's penthouse is the penthouse in downtown Seattle that Jo Wilson currently lives in with Luna Wilson and Atticus Lincoln. The penthouse was formerly inhabited by Jackson Avery, who sold it to her after moving to Boston.

Jackson acquired the penthouse shortly after his grandfather passed away and Jackson inherited $250 million.[source?]
He hosted the party to honor Tom Koracick and Amelia Shepherd for saving Catherine's life.[1]
