While investigating Portland General Hospital, Richard took the name Julio Plantain and pretended to have chest pain to see a doctor. Kan Mattoo came to evaluate him. He went through the Pegasus script while evaluating him. He informed them that they only had fifteen minutes to go through the process when the system crashed and he had to restart.
After examining "Julio", his advice was not smoking.
