Keith's co-worker, Melissa, was carjacked. On his way into work, he found her and accompanied her to the hospital, along with two other co-workers, Caroline and Jacki. When asked by the doctors for information, they had to admit that they don't know Melissa well. Despite this, they waited of her at the hospital and came to her room to see her after she had surgery.
