Kel Barclay is Chief Ross's deputy fire chief.
History[]
Kel went over Ross's schedule for the day and noted that it didn't leave time for her to have a lunch break. She told him she just wouldn't have one. ("Everybody's Got Something to Hide Except Me and My Monkey")
When the news broke that Ross and Sullivan were in a relationship, Kel took several calls from reporters looking for Ross to comment on the story. When she finally agreed to talk to a reporter, Kel brought one in for her. ("Dirty Laundry")
Kel told Ross she had a meeting at the Lounge. She tried to get him to put it off, but he reminded her she'd put it off three times already and they worked really hard to put together an engagement party for her, despite her not asking them to. Then he informed her she had a visitor, her older sister. ("Ushers of the New World")
