History[]
Laurel came to the hospital to tour as a medical student. She was assigned to follow Alex Karev. She remembered seeing him on Seattle Med and was interested in the work he'd done on Lily Price. Throughout the day, he engaged her in what he was doing and gave her several opportunities to learn. As a result, he was the only resident to get a positive evaluation.
At the end of the day, he took her home and slept with her.
