When Charlotte King was put on bed rest, Lisa was sent by the hospital board to suggest that Charlotte go on leave rather than continuing her duties as Chief of Staff from her hospital bed. Charlotte refuse to step back, insisting she could continue to work and if they tried to force her out, she'd sue them.
The board later sent her flowers.
