Lynn came to the hospital so that Meredith could interview her as a potential nanny for Zola and Bailey. When she first arrived, Meredith was busy, so she offered to wait until Meredith had a free moment. At the end of the day, Lynn found Meredith, who was surprised that she was still there. Lynn asked her what she needed and she said she needed support and someone who understood about her job and her life and could be there when she couldn't. She needs a person, someone who is on her side.
