Maggie went into labor and after progressing for a while, the baby stopped descending. They determined that they needed to use vacuum assistance to complete the delivery. The baby had a hematoma on her head from the vacuum, but was otherwise healthy.
Despite Addison saying everything was okay, Dell continued to check on the newborn, Beth. At the end of the day, Dell came in to check on them and Beth was crying and Jake said they couldn't get her to stop. Dell said she was probably just hungry. Maggie initiated breastfeeding and Beth calmed down.
