Molly Tran is Benson's ex-fiancée who came to the hospital during the Fall City Wildfire.
History[]
Molly was in a car accident that left her unable to remember her life before, forcing her to rely on her parents to tell her about her life. She spent some time depressed, trying to remember her previous life before deciding to give up on that and start fresh. She re-applied to pharmacy school and started over.
Molly was camping with her boyfriend, Dave when a wildfire nearby made her struggle to breathe. Dave took her to the ER, where they gave her a nebulizer and also treated the ankle she sprained. Later, when she struggled to breathe again, her ex-fiancé, Benson Kwan, gave her more albuterol. She looked at him and asked if they knew each other because she felt like they did, but he denied it. ("Burn It Down")
Molly was unable to let that feeling go and continued searching for answers as to why she felt like something was missing in her life. She showed up at the hospital and confronted Benson, who again tried to pretend he didn't know her. She showed him a picture of the two of them together from his social media. ("If Walls Could Talk") Benson initially refused to tell her the truth, but after she followed him around all day at work, he finally told her that they'd been engaged, but he cheated on her while he was drunk, a decision he'd regretted every day since then. He then further revealed that she left that conversation angry and that's when she got into the accident that damaged her memory. Molly assured Benson that she was fine and happy. He told her he was around if she ever needed anything. ("Take Me to Church")
When Dave proposed, Molly returned to the hospital to ask Benson what she should do as she hadn't been able to get him out of her head. They ended up kissing again and he admitted he also couldn't get her out of his head. ("Drop It Like It's Hot")
Relationships[]
Romantic[]
She was engaged to Benson Kwan. However, she was in a car accident that caused a brain injury, leaving her unable to remember anything prior to the accident. Despite this, when she saw him years later at the hospital, she told him he looked familiar and asked if they knew each other.
While rebuilding her life after her accident, she met and started seeing Dave. ("Burn It Down")
