Morris Douglas is the judge who presided over Cooper's hearing after he was arrested.

When Cooper was arrested for helping to hide Frank and Evan Dawson, he refused to talk to the grand jury. Morris Douglas gave him a second chance to talk and when he refused, Douglas ordered that he be held without bail until he told the police where the Dawsons were.
