Naomi Markham is the daughter of Claude Markham.
History[]
Naomi's father, Claude, had cancer and was in the hospital to rule out nodal mets. They did a cardiac workup, but then Claude had trouble breathing due to ARDS. They intubated him and then decided to put him on ECMO. Because of the hack and the possibility that technology might fail, they decided to move Claude to another hospital. They loaded him into a helicopter. On the way, his tube came out, spraying blood everywhere. ("Out of Nowhere")
Naomi was horrified when her father arrived at the new hospital and he and his doctors were covered in blood. He was rushed into surgery and afterward, Naomi was told he was back on ECMO and stable. ("1-800-799-7233")

She was estranged from her father, whom her mother left when she was pregnant. Her mother spent her entire life talking about how bad her father was in bed, which Naomi says was not good parenting. When her mother died, her father came to the funeral and they started to get to know each other.
