Norton is a homeowner who attended a political event for the Northeast Seattle Homeowner's Association.
History[]
During a political event for the Northeast Seattle Homeowner's Association, Norton talked to Michael Dixon, who promised him a seat on the school board. Shortly after that, a tornado alarm sounded and Travis Montgomery directed everyone to go inside to take shelter.
After the tornado passed, they went outside to find Hallie had landed nearby in her car. Travis examined her and asked Norton to bring whatever tools he had. Norton brought back his toolbox and first aid kit and promised Travis his vote.
