Officer Patterson is one of the officers who responded when Andrew and Carina DeLuca followed Opal, whom they knew to be a human trafficker. When he arrived, Station 19 had both exits covered, waiting for Opal to exit the train station. He sent some of his guys to one door and one to the other. Soon after, a red-headed woman exited the building, but they found it wasn't Opal. A few moment later, another red-headed woman exited and it was Opal, so she was quickly arrested.
