Pilar is a woman who became trapped in her car after a blizzard.
History[]
Pilar was visiting Seattle to see her son, Simon. She was driving during the blizzard when she slid off a bridge and was knocked out. When she woke up, her car was buried in snow, leaving her no way out and no idea where she was. She called 911, but was on hold with them for over an hour, so she called the fire department instead. Travis initially put her on hold, but then came back to her. He tried to get information out of her so he could locate her, but she didn't remember much about where she'd gone off the road. Eventually, he narrowed down her location somewhat, so he sent a crew out to get her, but her horn froze, rendering them unable to find her and forcing them to move on to the next rescue. Pilar talked to Travis and started to believe he was her son. She made peace and he talked to her until she died.

She was married to a very abusive man. One day, when their son was four, she decided to take him and leave, not wanting her son to grow up with him.
Familial[]
She has a son, Simon. Shortly after his fourth birthday, she told him to pack his favorite stuffed animal and two books and they left. As an adult, he still hadn't forgiven her, as he wasn't aware that his father was abusive.
