Proctor Carter is the proctor who interviewed Ben for the Medic One position.
History[]
When Ben applied to Medic One, part of the process was a big test. Before starting the exam, Ben had to sit down with a panel including Proctor Carter. During this conversation, Carter asked Ben about amputating Terry's hand during the wildfire and his history of going rogue in situations. Carter said they hold Medic One applicants to a higher standard because they bear greater responsibility and he wanted to talk about Ben's history.
