Sam Harris is a man whose neighbor called Crisis One after seeing his bursts of anger.

Sam was home when he discovered his mother talking to Ben Warren, who was responding to a call about a fight at their home. He was angered by Ben's presence and tried to get him to leave as soon as possible. While Ben cleaned and bandaged Connie's dialysis port, Sam went out to his garage, where he cleaned his guns. He then got into an altercation with the neighbor who had called in the first place and fired his gun twice. When the police arrived, Sam claimed that he was defending himself against the dog and was only issued a citation for discharging a weapon in a residential area.
