Sarah came into the practice for a checkup. After her exam, her mother said that she thought Sarah needed to see a female doctor because she needed a prescription for birth control. Cooper called in Naomi to consult, but was shocked when he learned Sarah was already having sex and that her mother allowed it.
Cooper saw a text message on Sarah's phone indicating that she had sent a nude photo of herself to a friend. He was going to call DCFS, but Naomi stopped him because Sarah's blood work was back and showed that she was pregnant.
They broke the news to Sarah and her mother. Her mother instantly asked how quickly they could schedule an abortion, but Sarah said she didn't want an abortion and wanted to keep the baby.
Cooper told Yvonne that she needed to step up, especially because Sarah was going to be a parent herself.
