Sharon agreed to be a surrogate for the Walkers. She had uterine scarring, so Addison was called in to operate so she could carry a baby. Addison had reservations, so she asked Sharon about her motivations. Sharon revealed she'd lost a child the same way and really wanted to give the Walkers their second chance. Addison ultimately agreed to do the surgery.
