Sonya and her ex-husband, Adam, were having a secret affair. While they were having sex, her IUD became caught on his new penis piercing and they became stuck together. They used x-ray imaging to see how they were hooked and they manually separated them. Just as they were separated, Adam had a heart attack and his aorta dissected.
