Steven W. Bailey played Joe from season two to season three, and season five to season seven of Grey's Anatomy, as well as in the season two Private Practice episode Ex-Life. He also played Anesthesiologist Jeremy in season one of Grey's Anatomy.

Bailey was born in San Diego, California on 1971. He attended Meadowdale High School and is a graduate of the American Conservatory Theatre's Advanced Training Program. He married Anneliese Boies in 2002, but they divorced in 2012.[source?]
