Sting Ray is a member of a band that got trapped in the storage unit they used as a rehearsal space.

Sting Ray and his bandmates, Jimi and Neal, were rehearsing in a storage unit when Sting Ray smoking started a fire. They quickly realized they were trapped and called for help. Station 19 arrived and were surprised to hear the band saying they were having trouble breathing, since the units aren't air tight. They opened the unit and found that there was a fire inside. They led the band members out and had them treated fore smoke inhalation while they put out the fire in that unit. Unfortunately, the fire spread through the vents to surrounding units and eventually the whole building.
