Interim Head[]
So I'm rewatching I Saw Her Standing There and that episode makes it clear that Alex has to follow Mel Barnett's orders (new passwords). Alex has replaced Arizona before Mel was hired because he knew her and her ways, but is it possible that Mel was hired as Interim Head of Pediatric Surgery?
