Article PhotoEdit

LOL Did we have to pick the saddest photo we could find of Bailey? Aren't they any smiling ones? Or better ones than what's currently on the article?

  • Not recently. I mean, there are some of her episode shots that are not as sad, but I figure that we'll be getting season ten promo pictures fairly soon, so everyone will be getting a new picture anyway. Nerdfightergirl (talk) 15:09, August 14, 2013 (UTC)

I initially used a smiling picture of her from Sanctuary. It's not that recent, but I thought it would be okay since she didn't really change that much. Tooniee (talk) 09:04, August 16, 2013 (UTC)

Change in personality Edit

is it just me, or has her personality changed a lot? When you compare Miranda from the early seasons with the new one it is really hard to recognize her. Its like only the rough sides of her earlier person are still in there. These is also the only personality changes that doesn´t really makes sense. By the other, for example Arizona or Meredith, you have reasons, very good ones, for their changes but in Baileys case not so much.A-f-s002 (talk) 20:56, May 25, 2014 (UTC)

I think what changed Bailey is Charles's death and the shooting itself, which put her under a lot of stress. She even took off and went to see her parents for quite some time, which is very not early-seasons-Bailey. She also may have changed because her residents (who she'll always care about, whether she admits it or not) changed as well, became more mature, so she didn't have to be so strict all the time anymore. On top of that, she was freed from a rather loveless marriage with ultimatums and discovered a world of flirting, on-call room hookups, and a man who truly loves her, cares about her, and gets how important her career is for her. Tooniee (Page me!) 15:12, May 26, 2014 (UTC)

That´s possible, but I have sometimes the feeling that the old Bailey isn´t in the new persona anymore. By the other like Callie, Arizona, Meredith and so on you can still see the old self  in the new one. Also the development of the others felt more organic to the specific person.A-f-s002 (talk) 15:54, May 26, 2014 (UTC)
