History[]
While flying from Los Angeles to Seattle, Todd met Amelia Shepherd. While they were hooking up, she noticed that he had spongy hands and told him he probably had a pituitary tumor. She brought him to the hospital with her, where she intended him as a present for her brother, Derek Shepherd.
At the hospital, they did a workup and found the tumor. They took him into surgery to remove it. The surgery was successful.
