When an organ donor came in from Wilkeson General, George examined her and noticed that she had brain stem activity. He tried to tell Dr. Orsen, but Orsen brushed him off, saying by the time they got to the OR, the brain stem would be dead. He only backed down when George got Derek to talk to Orsen. Derek then took over the patient.

Dr. Orsen is a surgeon at Seattle Grace Hospital.
